Terminology
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Acceptance
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client books us in works or accepts an estimate or quote, then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
The minimum hire period for any unit is 4 weeks from the date of installation. Unless previously agreed in writing, each hire period thereafter shall be 4 weeks until such time we are notified of the cancellation.
We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice if you wish to cease hiring the equipment. This enables us to schedule the removal of the equipment on a date that suits you.
The hire period, installation and removal costs must be paid in advance of the installation taking place.
All invoices must be settled on receipt of the invoice but no later than 7 days.
If our start time for works is delayed by you for any reasons not previously agreed, there will be an additional charge of £150 per hour per engineer.
We reserve the right to remove any units and our associated property without notice in the event of the hire charge not being paid in advance of the next cycle.
Any damages to our property whilst hired by you will be your responsibility. We reserve the right to charge you for the repair or replacement costs of any damaged property.
Your insurance must cover the value of the hire equipment provided. A copy of your policy must be provided at the time of booking the installation.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
The estimate can be subject to change, this is not a guaranteed price and “Commercial Gas & Boiler Services Ltd”, has the right to amend. However, if the price is to change “Commercial Gas & Boiler Services Ltd” engineers will always confirm prices with customers before purchasing equipment needed for the job. “Commercial Gas & Boiler Services Ltd” will reserve the right to decline a job at any time.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time. If you cancel your initial consultation appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged £150. If you cancel your hire agreement with us before the installation date, your installation costs are non-refundable
Congestion Charge and ULEZ Zones
Any bookings made by you for either yourself or your clients for appointments or works in either the congestion charge zone and/or ULEZ, will incur additional charges in relation to the charges we incur for travelling into these areas
Guarantee
We guarantee our equipment for the duration of the hire.
We will monitor our equipment to ensure you have a continuous service from the date of installation to the date of removal. In the event any issues occur within this period, please contact us to rectify the issue. If any 3rd party contractors modify or adjust our works without our permission, our guarantee is voided and you will be charged to restore our equipment back to it’s original state
Property
The sole ownership of all goods on hire from Commercial Gas & Boiler Services Ltd shall remain ours.
License
Unless otherwise stated, “Commercial Gas & Boiler Services Ltd” and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on “Commercial Gas & Boiler Services Ltd” and it’s associated web pages.
All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://commercialboilerhire.co.uk/ for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
• Republish material from https://commercialboilerhire.co.uk/
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from https://commercialboilerhire.co.uk/
